Information for interested students:
Upcoming M2CC Student Performance Workshop: Mambo/Salsa on2.
Workshops on Saturdays, starting in January/February:

1. The workshop series starts in late January (stay tuned for exact date) and continues every
Saturday thereafter until June. Students wishing to participate should join during the month of
January or February.
2. Ladies and leaders are invited to perform in the routine.
3. If you will be away for vacation or work and will need to miss certain dates, you will need to
let me know as soon as your plans are confirmed.
4. Saturday classes are held at 440 Lafayette St., between 4th St. and Astor Pl., one block
east of Broadway.
5. Participants are required to attend all session of the workshop. The performance
workshop will initially run from 11am-12pm. A second hour may be added after the first 8
weeks. The two combined will be $22 (if students also attend an additional class that day, the
3 classes for $30, etc., applies).
6. A costume fee of approximately $20-25 will be required in April.
7. Students performers are responsible for their own dance shoes, stockings, and slacks.
8. In culmination, workshop students will participate in 2 or 3 performances in late June:
M2CC Practice Mixer, M2CC Salsa Party, and possibly one other venue.
9. As the performance dates approach, an occasional extra rehearsal may be held at some
point during the week.
10. You will need to give me an updated cell phone number, or home/work number, so that
any last-minute information can be conveyed.
